Do you bring cleaning products and equipment?
Every Always Clean service is delivered to our highest standard using professional, commercial-grade equipment and hospital-grade disinfectants on suitable surfaces, including high-touch and hygiene-sensitive areas. We select the safest effective product for each surface and can accommodate allergies, sensitivities, pets, or preferred products without compromising the quality of the clean.
Can I book outdoor property care on its own?
Yes. Lawn mowing, pruning, and rubbish removals can be discussed as individual services or as part of a broader property care plan. We confirm access, scope, timing, and any disposal requirements before work begins.
How do you approach a hoarders clean?
We take a private, non-judgemental, client-led approach. We start with a conversation about what feels manageable, agree the first priority areas, and confirm the scope before any work begins.
Do I need to be home during the clean?
No. You can be at home or arrange safe access before the appointment. We will confirm entry, locking, alarm, and key instructions with you in advance.
How long will my clean take?
Timing depends on the size and condition of the property, the service selected, and your priorities. We will estimate the time when preparing your quote.
Can I book a regular cleaning schedule?
Yes. Weekly, fortnightly, monthly, and one-off services can be arranged subject to availability. We aim to keep your cleaner consistent for recurring bookings.
How is the price calculated?
Your quote is based on the property, service type, expected time, and any additional tasks. We confirm the agreed scope and price before work begins.
What should I do before the cleaner arrives?
To help us focus on cleaning, we recommend clearing personal items from the main surfaces before your visit. Please let us know about pets, access requirements, fragile belongings, or any areas needing special care.
Can I reschedule or cancel?
Yes. We require at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel, reschedule, or change a booked service. Please contact us as soon as possible if your plans change. Changes requested with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a cancellation fee.
Do you service locations outside Port Pirie?
Yes. We cover nearby communities and selected bookings farther afield. Send us your suburb and preferred day so we can confirm travel availability.
