Always Clean respects the information you share with us and uses it only for legitimate enquiries, service planning, recruitment and business administration.

Information we collect
Our enquiry form collects your name, phone number, email, suburb, requested service, property type, preferred frequency, contact method, preferred days, cleaning priorities and support requirements you choose to provide. Our staff application form may collect your name, contact details, suburb, role of interest, availability, relevant experience, additional information and resume. Please do not submit medical records or information that is not reasonably needed for your enquiry or application.
How we use it
We use enquiry information to assess your request, contact you, prepare a quote, discuss a suitable cleaning plan and maintain appropriate business records. We use application information to assess suitability for current or future work opportunities and to contact you about recruitment. We do not sell your personal information.
Website form and email delivery
Enquiries and applications are processed by private form handlers hosted with this website and sent through the configured Always Clean email service. Resumes are transmitted as email attachments and are not intentionally stored in the website folder. The website does not intentionally store a separate database copy. Copies remain in the relevant business and customer email accounts according to their retention settings.
Sharing information
We may share relevant information with team members who need it to respond to, deliver or administer our services, with hosting and email providers used to operate the business, with people you authorise, or where disclosure is required by law.
Security and retention
We take reasonable steps to protect personal information and retain it only for as long as reasonably needed. Do not include alarm codes, key locations, payment details, medical documents or other sensitive information that is not needed for your enquiry or application.
